Overnights: ‘IPKKND 3’ makes good start on Star Plus UK

The much awaited launch of ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon – Season 3’ on Star Plus made a decent start in UK ratings last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The show produced by Gul Khan, starring Barun Sobti and Shivani Tomar, launched in fourth place with 83,600 viewers – peaking at 98,100 viewers. It was behind ‘Naamkarann’, which led the pack with 121,600 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 118,400 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 18:30 with 104,200 viewers. Earlier in the day, ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piya Ji’ at 13:00 was watched by 27,100 viewers, followed by ‘Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee’ at 13:30 with 19,200 viewers and ‘Love Ka Hai Intezaar’ at 14:30 with 16,700 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Udann’ fetched 47,000 viewers at 20:30, followed by ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’ at 21:00 and ‘Swabhimaan’ at 21:30 both with 28,700 viewers each.

On Rishtey, ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 led with 36,500 viewers, followed by ‘Main Teri Parchai Hoon’ at 22:30 with 16,600 viewers and ‘Madhubala’ at 19:30 with 15,600 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Badho Bahu’ at 21:00 delivered 28,200 viewers, followed by ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 20:30 with 13,600 viewers and ‘Santoshi Maa’ at 18:30 with 13,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Mohabbat Khwab Safar’ at 22:00 raked in 48,500 viewers, followed by ‘Sangsar’ at 19:30 with 31,000 viewers and ‘Ye Raha Dil’ at 20:00 with 28,200 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Bholi Bano’ at 21:00 was watched by 4,700 viewers.

Urdu1 begun BARB reporting yesterday but rated zero.
