Overnights: India’s win over Australia gives Star Gold a massive lead on Sunday in UK

Star Gold annihilated rivals on Sunday with its coverage of India’s win over Australia in the final ODI series decider, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Gold delivered a huge 0.31% share – nearly three times the share of Colors at No.2 with 0.13%, followed by Sony Entertainment Television with 0.12%, Star Plus with 0.11%, Hum TV with 0.06%, Dunya News with 0.04%, ZEE Cinema and New Vision TV with 0.03%, Star Bharat, Colors Rishtey, Sony MAX 2, B4U Movies with 0.02%, ZEE TV, Colors Cineplex, Sony SAB TV, NDTV 24×7, ARY Family, Hum News and Sony MAX with 0.01% and Geo TV and PTC Punjabi with a zero share.

Star Gold’s coverage of India V Australia was watched by 52,700 viewers in the first half of the match at 07:45. Its second half at 12:15 was watched by a huge 93,800 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 13 – Weekend Ka Vaar’ led with 80,600 viewers, followed by movie ‘Oh My God’ at 14:30 with 14,600 viewers and ‘Naagin 4’ at 20:00 with 11,600 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Indian Idol 11’ featuring Bappi Lahiri was the most watched show with 84,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 with 19,600 viewers and repeat at 18:30 with 11,900 viewers. The re-run of ‘Dus Ka Dum’ at 23:30 pulled in 11,300 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘MasterChef India’ attracted 72,700 viewers at 19:00, followed by ‘Dance+ 5’ at 20:00 with 40,500 viewers and ‘Divya Drishti’ at 21:30 with 19,300 viewers. Movie ‘Guest in London’ at 15:30 with 11,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Resham Gali Ki Husna’ raked in 32,100 viewers at 19:00, followed by ‘Ehd-e-Wafa’ at 20:00 with 30,600 viewers and ‘Ishq Zah-e-Naseeb’ at 14:15 with 10,300 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Out & About’ at 18:30 and ‘Movie Masti with Maniesh Paul’ at 19:00 with 5,300 viewers each.
