Overnights: ‘Indian Idol’ keeps Sony TV strong at No.1 on Sunday

After its record launch on Saturday, ‘Indian Idol 11’ continued its strong performance on Sony Entertainment Television in the UK, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV delivered a share of 0.14%, followed by PTC Punjabi with 0.13%, Star Gold and Colors with 0.08%, Star Plus, New Vision TV and Sony MAX with 0.06%, BritAsia TV with 0.05%, Hum TV, Star Bharat and Dunya News with 0.04%, ZEE Cinema, B4U Movies and Colors Cineplex with 0.03%, ZEE TV, Geo News, B4U Music and Sony MAX 2 with 0.02%, Geo TV with 0.01%.

On Sony TV, ‘Indian Idol 11’ delivered a huge 71,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 with 64,300 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 15:30 with 15,900 viewers.

On Star Gold, live cricket between India and South Africa averaged with 15,000 viewers. Movie ‘Tees Maar Khan’ pulled in 14,50 viewers at 13:00, followed by ‘Luka Chuppi’ was watched by 12,500 viewers at 16:00.

On Star Plus, ‘Nach Baliye 9’ delivered 36,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Veera’ at 13:00 with 21,000 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 14:30 with 13,700 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 13 – Weekend Ka Vaar’ attracted 41,100 viewers, followed by repeat of ‘Bigg Boss 13’ at 17:00 with 24,000 viewers and ‘IIFA Rocks’ at 18:30 with 13,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Ehd-e-Wafa’ delivered 30,800 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Shankakht’ at 21:00 with 12,800 viewers.

On Colors Cineplex, the premiere of ‘Student Of The Year 2’ managed to rake in 12,100 viewers at 19:00.
