Overnights: ‘Indian Idol 10’ re-run on Sony TV hits 100k viewers in UK

The re-run of ‘Indian Idol 10’ on Sony Entertainment Television continued to prove a huge ratings winner on Wednesday, with a peak audience of 100,000 viewers, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV clocked up a share of 0.18%, followed by Aaj Tak with 0.08%, Star Plus with 0.06%, ABP News with 0.05%, Colors Rishtey and NDTV 24×7 with 0.04%, ZEE Cinema, Hum TV, Hum Masala, Colors, Sony MAX, Sony MAX 2, Geo News and New Vision TV with 0.03%, Star Gold, ARY Family and Dunya News with 0.02%, ZEE TV, Geo TV, Republic Bharat and Star Bharat with 0.01%.

On Sony TV, ‘Indian Idol 10’ re-run got its biggest ratings this time around with a huge 85,400 viewers at 18:00 – peaking at 106,300 viewers. The show continued to increase its audience base, with further jumps expected in days to come. The channel also performed well at 19:30 with ‘Mere Sai’ raking in 43,900 viewers and at 20:00 with re-run of ’10 Ka Dum’ pulling in 40,400 viewers. At 01:00, episode of ‘Crime Patrol’ performed well too with 36,200 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Saathiya’ at 15:30 was watched by 26,000 viewers, followed by ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 14:30 with 13,000 viewers and ‘Mahabharat’ at 18:00 with 11,300 viewers.

On Colors Rishtey, ‘Balika Vadhu’ pulled in 17,100 viewers at 21:00 and another 16,900 viewers at 21:30. ‘Chhuta Chheda’ at 17:30 raked in 16,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, new show ‘Mohabbat Tujhe Alvida’ led with 30,500 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Soteli Maamta’ at 19:30 with 11,700 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Mahabharat’ led with 23,100 viewers at 21:00.

On ZEE TV, ZEE News bulletin at 07:00 raked in 4,900 viewers.
