Overnights: ‘Indian Idol 10’ re-run keeps Sony TV distant from rivals at No.1

The re-run of blockbuster series ‘Indian Idol 10’ kept Sony Entertainment Television ahead of rivals on Wednesday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV attracted a share of 0.14%, followed by Star Plus with 0.08%, New Vision TV with 0.07%, Hum TV with 0.06%, Sony MAX, Colors, Geo News and ZEE Cinema with 0.04%, Star Gold, Republic Bharat and Aaj Tak with 0.03%, Geo TV, Colors Rishtey, Dunya News, B4U Movies, Venus TV, Sony SAB TV and Sony MAX 2 with 0.02% and ZEE TV with 0.01%.

On Sony TV, ‘Indian Idol 10’ re-run was the No.1 show across all Asian TV networks with an audience of 63,500 viewers at 18:00 – peaking at 92,000 viewers. It was followed by ‘Best of The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 16:30 with 25,700 viewers, ‘Crime Patrol’ at 15:30 with 24,100 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:00 with 17,700 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Mahabharat’ was watched by 27,800 viewers at 18:30, followed by ‘Saathiya’ at 15:30 with 22,100 viewers, ‘Main Laxmi Tere Aangan Ki’ at 15:00 with 18,200 viewers and ‘Devon Ke Dev Mahadev’ at 21:00 with 15,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, the final episode of ‘Ye Dil Mera’ ended with 52,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Wafa Kar Chalay’ at 13:00 with 23,000 viewers and ‘Rabba Mainu Maaf Kareen’ at 22:00 with 21,800 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Mahabharat’ led with 13,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Mahabharat’ at 14:30 and 13:30 with 8,700 viewers and 8,200 viewers respectively.

On ZEE TV, ZEE News bulletins led with 12,900 viewers and 11,500 viewers each at 07:00 and 18:00 respectively.
