Overnights: ‘Indian Idol 10’ keeps Sony TV ahead on Tuesday in UK

Sony Entertainment Television remained the UK’s No.1 Asian TV channel on Tuesday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV delivered a share of 0.10%, followed by Star Plus, Star Gold, Colors Rishtey and New Vision TV with 0.06%, Hum TV and Samaa TV with 0.05%, Aaj Tak with 0.04%, Colors Cineplex, Republic Bharat and NDTV 24×7 with 0.03%, Hum Masala, Dunya News, B4U Music, ARY Family, Venus TV, Geo TV and Geo News with 0.02% and Colors and ZEE TV with 0.01%.

On Sony TV, ‘Indian Idol 10’ was watched by 45,100 viewers at 17:45, followed by ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:45 with 13,200 viewers and ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ at 21:30 with 9,800 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Turban Tadka’ at 11:30, ‘Sanjeev Kapoor’s Kitchen’ at 12:00 and ‘Sweet Desire’ at 12:30 raked in 18,400 viewers each. ‘Saathiya’ at 15:30 pulled in 11,100 viewers.

On Star Gold, ‘De De Pyaar De’ at 18:15 was top film with 18,500 viewers, followed by ‘A Gentleman’ at 21:00 with 11,400 viewers.

On Colors Rishtey, ‘Balika Vadhu’ at 22:00 delivered 25,000 viewers, followed by ‘Rasoi Show’ at 16:30 with 21,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Kashf’ was watched by 35,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Bari Aapa’ at 21:00 with 18,200 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Jodha Akbar’ topped ratings with 4,700 viewers at 18:30.

On Colors, ‘Mahabharat’ led with 5,100 viewers at 21:00.
