Popular Urdu fiction ‘Digest Writer’ continued to do well in UK ratings and remained the leading show on Hum TV on Saturday.
According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Digest Writer’, which airs Saturday nights at 20:00 was the slot leader with 87,500 viewers – peaking at 122,800 viewers. ‘Humsafar’ at 21:00 grew to 28,500 viewers.
However, it was ‘Bigg Boss Halla Bol’, which maintained lead across UK Asian channels. The show at 21:00 on Colors managed to rake in 102,200 viewers. ‘Code Red’ at 22:00 mustered in a fifth of its audience with just 22,200 viewers.
On Star Plus, ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 21:00 took majority of the pie with 106,00 viewers. ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 23:00 was in second with 90,300 viewers and ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon – Ek Baar Phir’ in third with 84,500 viewers.
On Rishtey, the second Saturday episode of ‘Meri Aashiqui’ pushed the channel with 74,400 viewers. ‘MTV Webbed’ registered its biggest ever audience with 61,500 viewers.
On Prime TV, the evening news bulletin from Express News at 18:00 was top with 4,400 viewers, followed by ‘Khabar Sey Aagay’ at 18:00 raked in 4,000 viewers.
On Geo TV, ‘Malika-E-Aliya’ raked in 2,600 viewers.
