Overnights: Hum TV topples ‘Bigg Boss 8’ on Thursday
Viewership of ‘Bigg Boss 8’ on Colors saw a slump on Thursday night, with Hum TV taking advantage of the 21:00 slot with its show ‘Kankar’.
According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, Star Plus remained the most watched channel amongst the Asian services in UK and Hum TV coming second in the 21:00 slot.
‘Kankar’ at 21:00 on Hum TV Europe delivered 60,400 viewers, while ‘Bigg Boss 8’ on Colors could only manage 21,000 viewers. On Star Plus at the same time was ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’, which leading overall with 124,500 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 fetched 54,500 viewers.
Also on Star Plus, ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ drew 96,700 viewers, followed by ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ with 78,300 viewers. ‘
On Colors, ‘BeIntehaa’ was back on top with 52,100 viewers at 22:00.
On Rishtey, ‘Parichay’ was top with 47,100 viewers and ‘Meri Aashiqui’ next with 41,500 viewers.
On Star Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ was top with 34,400 viewers, followed by ‘Laut Aao Trisha’ with 24,400 viewers and ‘Ek Boond Ishq’ with 19,500 viewers.
