Overnights: Hum TV stays strong on Wednesday in UK

Hum TV stayed strong as the leading Pakistani entertainment channel in the UK on Thursday night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

‘Jithani’ was the biggest success on the channel with 62,900 viewers at 19:30 – peaking at 67,600 viewers, followed by ‘Yaqeen Ka Safar’ at 20:00 with 44,400 viewers and ‘Sangsaar’ at 19:00 with 36,200 viewers.

After days being kept away from the No.1 position, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ fought back and claimed back lead in UK last night. The popular series was watched by 106,600 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Naamkarann’ at 21:00 with 144,300 viewers and ‘Ishqbaaaz’ at 21:30 with 103,400 viewers. The top rated show in the afternoon was ‘Meri Durga’ at 12:30 with 28,600 viewers, followed by ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 13:00 with 27,600 viewers and ‘Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee’ at 13:30 with 21,900 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Swabhimaan’ delivered 13,200 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Devanshi’ at 19:00 with 8,100 viewers and ‘Shakti’ at 20:00 with 6,500 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Kasam’ was watched by 45,300 viewers at 20:30, followed by ‘Balika Vadhu’ at 21:00 with 43,400 viewers and ‘Thapki’ at 20:00 with 32,700 viewers.

&TV underperformed last night with just ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ raking in under 1,000 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Geo Khelo Pakistan’ at 21:15 attracted 30,200 viewers – peaking at 67,200 viewers, followed by ‘Dil Dil Pakistan’ at 16:00 with 18,100 viewers.

On New Vision TV, ‘Jeeto Pakistan’ at 21:00 pulled in 16,600 viewers.
