Overnights: Hum TV stays strong on Wednesday; Star Gold & Star Plus top


Hum TV continued with its good run in latest ratings, while Star Gold and Star Plus remained the market leaders on Wednesday in the UK, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Gold was the front runner with a share of 0.15%, followed by Star Plus with 0.14%, Hum TV and New Vision TV with 0.10%, Sony Entertainment Television with 0.07%, PTC Punjabi with 0.06%, Geo TV and Sony SAB TV with 0.05%, Colors Rishtey with 0.04%, ZEE TV with 0.03%, Star Bharat and Colors with 0.02%.

Star Gold’s IPL 2019 coverage between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings was watched by 53,900 viewers at 15:20. The repeat telecast at 19:15 pulled in 4,800 viewers. The 30-minutes highlight package on Star Plus at 23:00 raked in 1,000 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Krishna Chali London’ emerged as the biggest show with 66,700 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 55,300 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 39,800 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 37,100 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 33,200 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 26,200 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 22:00 with 17,900 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Janam Jali’ was leading show with 32,000 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Meer Aabroo’ at 22:00 with 22,800 viewers and ‘Log Kia Kahenge’ at 23:00 with 19,100 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Ladies Special’ topped ratings with 36,700 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Patiala Babes’ at 21:00 with 31,900 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:00 with 28,300 viewers.
