Overnights: Hum TV stands firm at No.3 in UK on Friday
Hum TV’s ratings surge continued this week, with impressive figures on Friday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
The channel, which has overtaken Hindi rival, Sony Entertainment Television in the last couple of days, delivered a share of 0.11%. It was followed by Colors Rishtey with 0.07%, New Vision TV, ZEE Cinema and Sony TV with 0.06%, Geo TV with 0.04%, ZEE TV with 0.02% and Colors with 0.01%. Star Gold and Star Plus were the top Asian TV channels with 0.15% and 0.14% respectively.
Hum TV’s biggest attractions were ‘Baandi’ at 20:00 with 33,700 viewers, followed by ‘Jaal’ at 21:00 with 31,800 viewers and ‘Aangan’ repeat at 22:00 with 29,600 viewers.
Hum TV was also ahead of all other Pakistani TV rivals including news channels. Geo TV’s top ranking shows on Friday were ‘Yarian’ at 21:00 with 12,700 viewers and ‘Yarian’ at 20:00 with 11,900 viewers.
On ARY Family, ‘Meri Baji’ topped ratings with 12:30 with an average 5,000 viewers, followed by ‘Good Morning Pakistan’ with 2,600 viewers at 09:00 and ‘Koi Chand Rakh’ at 13:30 with 2,500 viewers
