Overnights: Hum TV & Sony MAX top Monday in UK with Eid content

Hum TV and Sony MAX dominated UK ratings on Monday, with their specials coinciding with Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The two broadcasters delivered a share of 0.10%, followed by Star Plus with 0.08%, Star Gold and ABP News with 0.07%, Colors Rishtey and ARY Family with 0.05%, Sony Entertainment Television and B4U Movies with 0.04%, Colors, Colors Cineplex, New Vision TV, ZEE TV and ZEE Cinema with 0.03%, Geo TV, Republic Bharat, Republic Bharat, Dunya News and Sony MAX 2 with 0.02%.

Hum TV’s top attraction on Monday were Hum Style Awards 2020 with over 20,000 viewers at 20:00.

Sony MAX, which ran a selection of blockbusters to coincide with Eid on Monday performed exceptionally well. ‘3 Idiots’ led with 21,600 viewers at 16:45, followed by ‘Sultan’ at 20:00 with 13,800 viewers and ‘Dhoom 3’ at 13:15 with 10,000 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Mahabharat’ led with 34,600 viewers at 18:00, followed by ‘Saathiya’ at 15:30 with 21,100 viewers and ‘Radhakrishn’ at 19:00 with 18,000 viewers.

On Star Gold, ‘Tubelight’ was top film with 24,300 viewers, followed by ‘MS Dhoni – The Untold Story’ at 14:00 with 10,200 viewers.

On Colors Rishtey, ‘Balika Vadhu’ led with 41,100 viewers at 21:30 and another 28,600 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Zindagi Ki Haqeeqat…’ at 22:30 with 21,100 viewers.

On ARY Family, ‘Raja Ki Raji’ at 21:00 topped ratings with 22,000 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ pulled in 22,900 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Indian Idol 10’ at 15,900 viewers at 18:00 and ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 16:30 with 11,000 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ raked in 18,700 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Mahabharat’ repeat at 14:30 with 7,900 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Happu Ki Ultan Paltan’ was watched by 13,000 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Yaaron Ki Baraat’ at 21:30 with 11,600 viewers.
