Overnights: Hum TV remains consistent in UK ratings

Pakistani entertainment channel, Hum TV Europe remained consistent in UK ratings last night and it even outdid rival, Colors overall in terms of whole day ratings.

According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Main Abdul Qadir Hoon’ at 21:00 continued its good-run with 56,800 viewers, while ‘Ek Pal’ at 20:00 fetched 56,100 viewers at 20:00. ‘De Ijazat Jo Tu’ at 22:00 raked in 24,600 viewers. Overall, the channel averaged a whole day viewership of 13,300 viewers between 06:00 – 02:00 (next day).

Whilst ‘Bigg Boss 8’ continues to do well for Colors, overall, the channel was slightly behind Hum TV Europe in all-day viewership. It averaged with 11,400 viewers during 06:00 – 02:00 (next day). ‘Bigg Boss 8’ remained top with 109,500 viewers, followed by ‘Uttaran’ with 33,100 viewers at 22:00.

Star Plus stayed ahead of other rivals with ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ at 20:00 raking in 185,900 viewers, followed by ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ with 133,200 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ with 124,200 viewers at 19:00. Its all-day audience stood at over 33,000 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Meri Aashiqui’ was top with 48,200 viewers at 20:30, followed by ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ with 37,600 viewers at 19:30 and ‘Parichay’ in third with 36,700 viewers.

On Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ registered 40,300 viewers at 22:30, followed by ‘Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Yeh’ at 21:30 with 10,400 viewers and ‘Comedy Classes’ at 22:00 with 9,000 viewers.

On Brit Asia TV, ‘Fresh Hits’ at 17:00 was most watched show with 25,100 viewers – peaking at 34,600 viewers.
