Overnights: Hum Europe tops 9pm slot on Tuesday

Hum Europe’s new fiction ‘Dil-e-Muztar’ got the channel record high viewership yesterday in latest figures obtained exclusively by BizAsia.

The show, which launched on Monday drew in a massive 83,700 viewers at 21:00 – peaking at 108,500 viewers. ‘Dil-e-Muztar’ performance last night was enough to beat all competition between 21:00 – 22:00 on all Asian channels including Star Plus and Colors.

Star Plus’ top show was ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ with 143,200 viewers, followed by new show ‘Nisha Aur Uske Cousins’, which built on its viewership since Monday’s launch with 107,700 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 86,700 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Rangrasiya’ returned to its usual 21:30 slot last night after being omitted from the schedule on Monday. It brought in 48,100 viewers – peaking at 61,700 viewers. ‘BeIntehaa’ at 21:00 managed to garner 32,400 viewers, while new show ‘Udaan’ at 20:00 got 27,800 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ was top with 13,700 viewers, followed by ‘Meri Aashiqui’ at 20:30 with 13,000 viewers.
