Overnights: Geo TV thrashes Hum TV in Friday UK ratings
Geo TV had the upper hand in UK ratings on Friday night over its closest rival, Hum TV, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
The show ‘Noor-e-Zindagi’ gave Geo TV a huge ratings boost with one its biggest ever audience. It was watched by 54,300 viewers at 20:00 – peaking at 60,600 viewers. ‘Meri Saheli Meri Bhabhi’ at 19:30 was next with 23,800 viewers and ‘Roshni’ at 21:00 with 14,200 viewers.
Meanwhile, on Hum TV, ‘Sila’ was the biggest show on the channel with 25,900 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Badguman’ at 19:30 with 21,300 viewers and ‘Dil Banjara’ at 20:00 with 15,400 viewers.
On Star Plus, ‘Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil’ remained the nation’s favourite show with 160,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Naamkarann’ at 21:00 with 155,300 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 120,800 viewers.
On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 10’ stayed ahead with 40,300 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Swabhimaan’ at 22:30 with 9,100 viewers and ‘Shakti’ at 20:00 with 4,500 viewers.
On Rishtey, ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 led with 38,200 viewers, followed by ‘Bandini’ at 21:30 with 13,200 viewers and ‘Thapki’ at 20:00 with 5,900 viewers.
On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ at 20:00 topped ratings with 40,800 viewers, followed by ‘Badho Bahu’ at 21:00 with 39,000 viewers and ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 20:30 with 23,700 viewers.
