Overnights: Geo TV surprises on Tuesday in UK; emerges as leader

Geo TV made a surprise jump to the No.1 position in UK ratings on Tuesday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Geo TV attracted a share of 0.14%, followed by Sony TV with 0.10%, BritAsia TV with 0.09%, PTC Punjabi with 0.08%, Venus TV with 0.07%, Colors Rishtey with 0.06%, Star Plus and New Vision TV with 0.05%, Hum TV, Aaj Tak and Colors with 0.04%, Sony MAX, Republic Bharat and Geo News with 0.03%, Star Gold, Star Bharat and ZEE TV with 0.02% and Aaj Tak with 0.01%.

Geo TV’s biggest attractions on Tuesday were ‘Raaz-e-Ulfat’ at 20:00 pulled in 32,400 viewers, followed by ‘Makafat’ at 18:00 with 30,200 viewers, ‘Deewangi’ at 16:00 with 28,600 viewers and ‘Tamana’ at 21:00 with 25,800 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ stayed top with 36,800 viewers, followed by ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ at 11:45 with 29,800 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 21:30 with 20,300 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Anupamaa’ topped ratings with 23,300 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 21,700 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 19:00 with 16,300 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ at 19:30 with 14,900 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 10,200 viewers and ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ at 22:00 with 4,700 viewers.

On Colors Rishtey, ‘Barrister Babu’ led with 17,800 viewers at 20:30, followed by ‘Chhuta Chheda’ at 17:30 with 15,700 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ led with 20,300 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Shubharambh’ at 20:30 with 17,200 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Kashf’ was top with 25,600 viewers at 20:00.

On ZEE TV, ‘Jodha Akbar’ topped ratings with 12,500 viewers. at 19:30.
