Overnights: Geo TV stomps ahead with Ramadan shows

Geo TV remained the preferred Ramadan broadcaster in UK ratings on Tuesday night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

‘Geo Khelo Pakistan’ at 21:15 attracted 22,500 viewers – peaking to an impressive 67,700 viewers, similarly ‘Dil Dil Pakistan’ at 16:00 with 8,600 viewers – peaking at 56,600 viewers. The channel has a proved a huge success with its Ramadan coverage – higher than its usual fiction programming.

On Hum TV, ‘Mohabbat Khwab Safar’ at 22:00 topped ratings with 46,300 viewers, followed by ‘Sangsaar’ repeat at 23:30 with 35,300 viewers and ‘Alif Allah Aur Insan’ at 20:00 with 17,400 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil’ at 20:00 attracted 111,100 viewers, followed by ‘Chandra Nandini’ at 20:30 with 102,400 viewers and ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 91,400 viewers. ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 13:00 led the Star Plus Dopahar slot with 28,100 viewers, followed by ‘Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee’ at 13:30 with 18,600 viewers and ‘Meri Durga’ at 12:30 with 17,000 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Shani’ at 22:00 was watched by 36,400 viewers, followed by ‘Swabhimaan’ at 21:30 with 8,000 viewers and ‘Udann’ at 20:30 with 7,900 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Thapki’ at 20:00 led with 32,800 viewers, followed by ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 with 30,100 viewers and ‘Kasam’ at 20:30 with 25,600 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Santoshi Maa’ at 18:30 pulled in 15,800 viewers, followed by ‘Agnifera’ at 19:15 with 15,300 viewers.
