Overnights: Geo TV bounces back up on Wednesday

Geo TV bounced back up in UK ratings on Wednesday night with over 20,000 viewers in each time band after 20:00, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

‘Teri Meri Jodi’ at 20:00 was top show on the channel with 23,900 viewers – peaking at 29,900 viewers, followed by ‘Jannat’ at 22:00 with 21,700 viewers and ‘Mujhe Kuch Kenha Hai’ at 21:00 with 21,600 viewers.

Rival, Hum TV remained ahead with its fiction ‘RuBaru’ doing well with 44,000 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Mera Dard Na Jane Koi’ at 19:00 with 32,800 viewers and ‘Ek Thi Misaal’ at 22:00 with 24,700 viewers. ‘Mana Ka Gharana’ at 20:00 raked in 13,300 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 remained on top with 146,200 viewers, followed by ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 21:00 with 144,200 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 134,500 viewers. ‘Mahabharat’ was the most watched afternoon show on the channel with 37,800 viewers at 14:00, followed by ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ at 15:00 with 23,000 viewers and ‘Manmarziyan’ at 13:30 with 20,700 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 9’ returned to the top with 46,300 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Swaragini’ at 21:00 with 42,700 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Meri Aashiqui’ also was back on top with 40,100 viewers at 20:30, followed by ‘Thapki’ at 20:00 with 26,300 viewers and ‘Kitani Mohabbat Hai’ at 19:30 with 19,300 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ stayed on top with 20,100 viewers, followed by ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 20:30 with 13,900 viewers and ‘Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum’ at 21:00 with 11,400 viewers.

On DM Global, the repeat telecast of film ‘Bang Bang’ starring Hrithik Roshan, delivered 1,000 viewers at 21:30.
