Overnights: Geo News beats Sony TV & Star Plus to No.1 on Tuesday in UK

Geo News emerged the No.1 Asian TV channel in UK ratings on Tuesday, beating Sony Entertainment Television and Star Plus, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Geo News delivered a share of 0.13%, followed by Sony TV with 0.10%, Star Plus with 0.09%, Colors with 0.08%, New Vision TV with 0.07%, ZEE Cinema and Colors Rishtey with 0.04%, Hum TV, Hum Masala, Dunya News and ZEE TV with 0.03% and Geo TV, BritAsia TV and Sony SAB TV with 0.02%.

On Geo News, ‘Aaj Shazaib Khanzada Kay Saath’ won 29,200 viewers at 17:15, followed by ‘Capital Talk’ at 15:15 and ‘Geo World News UK’ at 16:15 pulling in 28,100 viewers each.

On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ was top show with 41,800 viewers at 20:30, followed by ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:00 with 38,400 viewers and ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ at 21:00 with 32.700 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ topped ratings with 41,100 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 27,000 viewers, ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 26,700 viewers, ‘Sanjivani’ at 19:00 with 18,900 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 17,700 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 17,600 viewers, ‘Nazar’ at 22:30 with 11,900 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 18:00 with 11,200 viewers, ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ at 22:00 with 6,400 viewers and ‘Namah’ at 18:30 with 2,000 viewers. ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ topped afternoon ratings with 28,200 viewers at 14:30.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 13’ was watched by 24,000 viewers at 21:30.

On Hum TV, ‘Main Na Janu’ repeat at 17:00 led with 6,600 viewers and the original at 20:00 pulled in 6,300 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Rajaa Betaa’ was top show with 14,100 viewers and ‘Guddan’ at 18:30 with 12,000 viewers.
