The re-run of ‘Geet’ is proving to be one of the best moves by Star TV on Star Life Ok after regularly attracting big viewership, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The drama, which airs at 14:30 weekdays pulled in 42,200 viewers – peaking at 46,200 viewers – more viewers than any other show on the channel including prime time shows. In second place was ‘Crazy Stupid Ishq’ next with 38,800 viewers and ‘Savdhaan India’ in third with 32,100 viewers. ‘Mahadev’ was next with 30,900 viewers and ‘Ek Boond Ishq’ with 29,400 viewers. The re-run of ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon’ in Hindi at 14:00 got 9,800 viewers and a further 7,100 viewers at 18:00 for the English dubbed.

On Star Plus, ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ was back on top with 181,000 viewers at 22:00, followed by ‘SaraswatiChandra’ with 175,300 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ next with 165,300 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Meri Bhabhi’ (161,200), ‘Mahabharat’ (148,500), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (117,400), ‘Saathiya’ (110,100), ‘Ek Ghar Banaunga’ (105,800), ‘Veera’ (95,800), ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2’ (39,600).

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 7’ was back on top of the ratings with 67,000 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Uttaran’ with 20,800 viewers and ‘Mrs Pammi Pyarelal’ next with 20,300 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ stayed on top of the channel’s ratings, followed by ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ at 20:30 with 58,200 viewers and ‘Parichay’ in third with 57,000 viewers.
