Overnights: First crorepati winner of ‘KBC 12’ puts Sony TV at No.1 in UK

The first person to bag the top prize in ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 12’ on Wednesday, put Sony TV at No.1 in UK ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Nazia Nasim from Delhi has been named the first crorepati of the current season. The episode, which aired last night, was watched by 62,900 viewers at 21:00 – peaking at 88,500 viewers. The show was the most watched on Sony TV. ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ at 22:30 also did well with 59,700 viewers, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 23:00 with 52,800 viewers, ‘Indiawaali Ma’ at 20:30 with 24,700 viewers and ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 24,700 viewers.

Sony TV was No.1 with a share of 0.15%, followed by Star Plus with 0.13%, PTC Punjabi with 0.11%, Colors with 0.07%, Hum TV and Colors Rishtey with 0.06%, Star Gold, ARY Family and New Vision TV with 0.04%, Aaj Tak and Republic Bharat with 0.03%. ZEE TV stood with a share of 0.01%.

Star Plus’ top attractions on Wednesday were ‘Anupamaa’ at 20:00 with 132,900 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ at 19:30 with 37,100 viewers, ‘Lockdown Ki Love Story’ at 22:00 with 35,200 viewers, ‘Shaadi Mubarak’ at 20:30 with 33,300 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 22,500 viewers, ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein’ at 21:00 with 19,600 viewers, ‘Saathiya 2’ at 19:00 with 11,500 viewers, ‘Taare Zameen Par’ at 18:00 with 10,900 viewers and ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ at 22:30 with 7,400 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 14’ was watched by 37,600 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Shakti’ at 20:00 with 22,600 viewers and ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ at 19:30 with 17,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Mohabbat Tujhe Alvida’ attracted 15,400 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Bhool Ja Aye Dil’ at 23:00 with 14,700 viewers and ‘Tera Ghum Aur Hum’ at 22:00 with 14,100 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Happu Ki Ultan Paltan’ and ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ led with 7,700 viewers.
