The final episode of ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ pulled in an average amount of viewers – in fact bowing out on a quiet note after two years on-air.

The show, which aired at 20:30 pulled in 146,500 viewers – peaking at 199,800 viewers. ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ had been dwindling in the ratings for the past few months and hence the channel decided to pull the show off-air, replacing it with ‘Mahabharat’ next week.

Top show on the channel last night and overall in the UK was ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ with 231,500 viewers, followed by ‘SaraswatiChandra’ with 211,000 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ with 202,700 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Veera’ (154,300), ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ (146,500), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (145,200), ‘Meri Bhabhi’ (136,800), ‘Saathiya’ (122,000), ‘Ek Ghar Banaunga’ (117,400) and ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2’ (54,000).

On Colors, ‘Balika Vadhu’ was top with 29,000 viewers, followed by ‘Madhubala’ with 25,500 viewers and ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ with 19,000 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Geet’ (re-run) was on top of the ratings again with 26,000 viewers, followed by ‘Mahadev’ with 20,800 viewers and ‘Savdhaan India’ with 20,200 viewers. The re-run of ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon’ got 4,800 viewers at 14:00, while the English dubbed at 18:00 got 1,000 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Na Aana Iss Desh Laado’ was top with 84,500 viewers, followed by ‘Bigg Boss’ (re-run) with 66,400 viewers and ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ next with 55,800 viewers.
