Overnights: ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ & ‘Veer’ climb-up in UK

New show ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ and the long-running ‘Veer’ managed to climb-up in the UK Asian TV ratings last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The two shows were joint second place last night with 141,700 viewers each. ‘Veer’, however had a slightly higher peak with 152,400 viewers at 22:30, while ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ peaked to 144,500 viewers at 20:00. ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ was the most watched show again in the UK with 152,700 viewers at 21:00. ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ was in third place with 131,300 viewers at 22:00.

On Colors, ‘Rangrasiya’ was the biggest success on the channel last night with 54,600 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘BeIntehaa’ at 21:00 with 48,600 viewers and ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ at 19:30 with 46,800 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Parichay’ steamed ahead with 128,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’, which was the slot leader beating ‘SaraswatiChandra’ on Star Plus. ‘Bani’ got 106,800 viewers at 19:30. ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ was third most watched on Rishtey with 78,600 viewers.
