The revenge thriller ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ on Star Plus proved a success on the channel, however witnessed a slide in ratings due to the ongoing World Cup 2014.
According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ brought in 87,600 viewers – peaking at 95,300 viewers. The number of viewers tuned in was of around half that the show normally attracts. ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 21:00 raked in 87,000 viewers, followed by ‘Mahabharat’ with 83,400 viewers.
On Colors, ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ at 21:00 attracted 63,000 viewers, followed by ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ with 39,500 viewers at 22:30.
On Rishtey, Pakistani drama ‘Aasmano Pe Likha Hai’ was the top show on the channel with 36,400 viewers at 20:30, followed by ‘Aamne Saamne’ with 15,100 viewers.
