There may have been celebrations up and down the country on the occasion of Eid yesterday but unfortunately UK Asian channels suffered, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The biggest show in the UK remained ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ on Star Plus with 120,300 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 106,400 viewers and ‘Siya Ke Ram’ at 20:00 with 92,800 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Krishdasi’ led with 8,800 viewers at 21:40, followed by ’24 India’ with 5,800 viewers and ‘Swaragini’ at 21:00 with 5,200 viewers.#

On Rishtey, ‘Kasam’ repeat at 22:30 topped ratings with 18,900 viewers, followed by ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 with 15,500 viewers and repeat of ‘Thapki’ at 23:00 with 12,300 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ delivered 11,200 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 9,500 viewers and ‘Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum’ at 21:00 with 4,300 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Chaman Aara’ at 21:00 fetched 8,300 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Dekho Chand Aaya’ at 21:00 pulled in 4,400 viewers, followed by ‘Bitiya Hamaray Zamanay Mein’ at 22:00 with 3,300 viewers.

On ARY Digital, movie premiere ‘Jawani Phir Nahi Ani’ screened at 21:00 but the channel does not subscribe to BARB.
