Overnights: ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ tops Thursday

Star Plus’ ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ jumped back in pole position last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ attracted 215,900 viewers in the 21:00 slot – peaking at 247,800 viewers. In second place was ‘SaraswatiChandra’ with 186,900 viewers, followed by ‘Saathiya’ with 182,300 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ (156,600), ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ (156,500), ‘MasterChef India’ (137,800), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (137,100), ‘Veera’ (116,700) and ‘Ek Ghar Banunaga’ (66,600).

On Rishtey, ‘Bairi Piya’ led the ratings with 104,300 viewers, followed by ‘Na Aana Iss Desh Laado’ with 64,900 viewers and ‘Jeevan Saathi’ next with 64,600 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Amrit Manthan’ continued to top the channel’s ratings with 38,200 viewers, followed by ‘Devon Ka Dev Mahadev’ with 20,900 viewers.

On ITV4, the Indian Premier League proved popular for the channel with 236,400 viewers – peaking at 467,500 viewers.
