Overnights: ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ tops Monday in UK
Star Plus’ popular fiction ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ has managed to top the UK ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
The 21:00 drama pulled in 204,000 viewers, followed by ‘SaraswatiChandra’ with 191,000 viewers and ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ with 188,900 viewers in third.
The others in the pecking order were ‘MasterChef India’ (168,100), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (158,900), ‘Saathiya’ (145,000), ‘Veera’ (121,700), ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ (120,100) and ‘Ek Ghar Banaunga’ (60,000).
On Rishtey, ‘Jeevan Saathi’ at 20:00 pulled in 125,200 viewers, followed by ‘Bairi Piya’ attracting 106,700 viewers and ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ next with 68,800 viewers.
On Star Life Ok, ‘Amrit Manthan’ was on top with 33,200 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Devon Ka Dev Mahadev’ with 26,600 viewers and ‘Savitri’ next with 19,100 viewers. New show ‘Crazy Stupid Love’ at 18:30 debuted with 1,300 viewers.
On Sony SAB TV, ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ pulled in 53,100 viewers, followed by ‘Jeanie Aur Juju’ getting 47,500 viewers.
