Overnights: ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ stays top in UK

The popular fiction ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ remained the most watched show on UK Asian television last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The fiction, which airs at 21:00 on Star Plus, raked in 176,300 viewers – peaking at 199,100 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 148,900 viewers and ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ at 20:00 with 105,500 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 8’ stayed top with 82,300 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Uttaran’ with 50,200 viewers at 22:00.

On Hum TV Europe, ‘Tum Mere Hi Rehna’ at 20:00 was top show with 77,700 viewers, followed by ‘Main Abdul Qadir Hoon’ at 21:00 with 60,300 viewers and ‘De Ijazat Jo Tu’ with 48,000 viewers.

On Life Ok, ‘Laut Aao Trisha’ returned to the top of the ratings with 27,400 viewers, followed by ‘Savdhaan India’ with 26,300 viewers and ‘Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Yeh’ at 21:30 with 6,800 viewers.
