Overnights: ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ leads on quiet Saturday

‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ was the leading show on UK Asian television on Saturday on a relatively quiet night in the Asian TV ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The show last night pulled in 116,400 viewers at 21:00 -peaking at 133,100 viewers. Other shows on the channel did not perform as well, with ‘Saathiya’ bringing 71,400 viewers and ‘Mahabharat’ in third with 70,100 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ was the top show with 57,700 viewers – peaking at 113,100 viewers. ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ was in second place on the channel with 35,700 viewers.

On Rishtey, discussion show ‘Aamne Saamne’ was the leading show with 28,200 viewers at 21:30, followed by Pakistani drama ‘Aasmano Pe Likha Hai’ with 13,700 viewers at 20:30.
