Overnights: ‘Digest Writer’ leads 20:00 slot in UK
The hugely popular series ‘Digest Writer’ on Hum TV kept the channel at top between 20:00 and 21:00 last night in the UK.
According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Digest Writer’ pulled in 116,300 viewers – peaking at 160,700 viewers – toppling rival shows on Star Plus, Colors and Rishtey. ‘Humsafar’ at 21:00 also did well with 97,400 viewers.
On Star Plus, ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ claimed back lead with 194,900 viewers, followed by ‘MasterChef India’ with 167,100 viewers and ‘Nisha Aur Uske Cousins’ at 20:30 with 109,600 viewers. The penultimate episode of ‘Everest’ at 22:00 raked in 105,800 viewers.
On Colors, ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ at 21:00 pulled in 29,000 viewers, followed by ‘Code Red’ with 18,700 viewers.
On Rishtey, ‘Meri Aashiqui’ at 20:30 was top with 30,500 viewers, followed by ‘MTV Webbed’ at 21:00 with 13,300 viewers and Urdu drama ‘Ranjish Hi Sahi’ at 19:30 with 3,400 viewers.
On Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan Punjab’ at 22:00 did very well with 64,000 viewers.
On Zing, movie ‘Don 2’ at 19:30 brought in 7,500 viewers to the channel.
