The re-run of popular mythological series ‘Devon Ke Dev Mahadev’ topped UK ratings on Wednesday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
The show, which airs on Star Plus, was watched by 44,200 viewers at 19:00 – making it the most watched programme across all Asian TV networks on Wednesday. Star Plus’ other popular offerings on Wednesday were ‘Mahabharat’ at 18:00 with 22,500 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ at 14:30 with 14,400 viewers.
Despite this, Star Plus was at No.2, placed behind Sony TV. The latter continued to reign with a share of 0.11%, followed by Star Plus with 0.07%, Republic Bharat and New Vision TV with 0.05%, Hum TV, Star Bharat, Geo TV, ZEE TV, Colors Rishtey, B4U Music, Aaj Tak, BritAsia TV, Foodxp and Sony MAX with 0.02% and Colors with 0.01%.
Sony TV’s top attractions were ‘Indian Idol 10’ with 41,700 viewers at 17:45, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 15:30 with 32,900 viewers and ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ at 21:45 with 32,500 viewers.
On Hum TV, ‘Mohabbat Tujhe Alvida’ led with 22,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Udaari’ at 21:00 with 16,700 viewers.
On Geo TV, ‘Deewangi’ led with 8,800 viewers at 16:00.
On ZEE TV, ‘Jodha Akbar’ was top show with 5,700 viewers at 18:30.
On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ was most watched with 7,300 viewers at 19:30.
