Overnights: ‘Death In Bollywood’ on BBC Two attracts over 700k viewers

BBC Two’s documentary on actress Jiah Khan’s demise, ‘Death In Bollywood’ was watched by over 700k viewers on Monday night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The three-part series opened up with 741,000 viewers at 21:00. Despite the decent opening, BBC Two’s slot was down by 29.51% from the previous week.

Khan passed away in June 2013 and since then, her family has been seeking justice. Police concluded her death was suicide, but her family believe the truth has not yet surfaced.

‘Death In Bollywood’ concludes on Wednesday 13th January on BBC Two.
