Overnights: ‘Dance India Dance 6’ launches quietly in UK

ZEE TV’s flagship dance reality show ‘Dance India Dance – Season 6’ started off on a quiet night in UK ratings on Saturday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The popular show, which returned after a long hiatus, was watched by just 12,200 viewers at 20:30. It was beaten in the ratings by other reality shows ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’ on Star Plus with 27,900 viewers and ‘Dance Champions’ on Star Plus with 65,400 viewers. Sony TV’s ‘Super Dancer’ also did better than the ZEE TV show with 25,400 viewers. Colors’ hit show ‘Bigg Boss 11’ was watched by 40,000 viewers.

It was only Star Bharat’s ‘Om Shanti Om’, which was behind ‘Dance India Dance’ with 11,400 viewers.
