Overnights: Cricket tops Zing on Saturday

The second Twenty20 match between Pakistan and West Indies on Zing remained the first choice on the channel, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The match, which was won by Pakistan, was telecast between 17:00 and 21:00 attracted 22,900 viewers – peaking at 49,700 viewers. It pulled in a similar rating on Friday with the first Twenty20 match between the two teams. The cricket series being aired free on Zing on Sky.

On SAB TV, blockbuster movie ‘PK’ at 20:30 did very well with 27,500 viewers – peaking at 41,900 viewers. The film stars Aamir Khan, Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput. Movie ‘Band Baja Baaraat’ at 17:25 pulled in 3,900 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 fetched 109,100 viewers, followed by ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 18:00 with 107,900 viewers and ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki’ at 18:30 with 94,200 viewers.

On Colors, ’24 India’ at 21:30 attracted 32,900 viewers – the biggest audience of the series, followed by ‘Desi Beat’ at 19:30 with 19,400 viewers and ‘Comedy Nights Bachao’ at 20:00 with 7,900 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Uttaran’ led with 17,500 viewers at 18:30, followed by ‘Thapki’ at 20:00 with 14,300 viewers and ‘Madhubala’ at 19:30 with 7,700 viewers.

On &TV, ‘The Voice India – Kids’ at 20:00 delivered 40,000 viewers, followed by the premiere of ‘Ghayal Once Again’ at 21:30 with 15,000 viewers and ‘Naseeb’ at 16:00 with 9,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Laaj’ at 20:00 and ‘Maat’ at 21:00 both attracted 55,000 viewers, followed by ‘Joru Ka Ghulam’ at 19:30 with 48,000 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Thoda Sa Aasman’ at 20:00 raked in 17,500 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Chahatein Yeh Shiddatein’ at 21:00 with 10,900 viewers and ‘Maikay Ki Yaad Na Aaye’ at 22:00 with 6,100 viewers.
