Overnights: Colors shatters UK ratings on Sunday with IIFA 2018

Colors broke its ratings record on Sunday, with the biggest ever share, owing to the telecast of the Bollywood event, IIFA 2018, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Colors fetched a record share of 0.21%. IIFA 2018, which aired at 20:00 pulled in 86,700 viewers – peaking at 135,300 viewers. Not only was the show the biggest on UK Asian television on Sunday, it also proved to be the most watched live event on UK Asian television in the past year. IIFA Weekend, which aired at 19:00 did well too with 25,500 viewers.

Last year, IIFA coverage on Colors scored an audience of 63,500 viewers (consolidated 83,000 viewers).
