While its primetime viewing proved a damp squib, Colors shows made up for it post-midnight with decent numbers, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The good numbers could be down to viewers waiting up for Sehri in Ramadan – but this is the first day during Ramadan, any channel has benefited from post-midnight viewing. ‘BeIntehaa’ repeat at 00:30 pulled in 48,300 viewers, followed by ‘Rang Rasiya’ repeat at 01:00 with 43,900 viewers, ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ repeat at 01:30 with 42,300 viewers and ‘Shastri Sisters’ repeat at 00:00 raking in 42,200 viewers.

Over on Star Plus, ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ was top show with 122,100 viewers, followed by ‘Mahabharat’ with 117,500 viewers and ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ in third with 111,900 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Meri Aashiqui’ repeat at 23:00 pulled in 50,100 viewers – the biggest audience since its launch. ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ was second with 33,600 viewers and ‘Parichay’ repeat at 22:00 delivered 25,200 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Ek Boond Ishq’ was top with 27,900 viewers, followed by ‘Nadaan Parinde’ at 21:00 with 24,500 viewer, the re-run of ‘Geet’ at 14:30 was next with 23,100 viewers and ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon’ re-run at 14:00 delivered 21,400 viewers.

On Pakistani channel, Hum Europe, ‘Izterab’ at 21:30 pulled in 12,200 viewers, followed by ‘Main Na Manu Haar’ at 22:30 garnering 3,300 viewers.
