Overnights: Colors gathers pace; Rishtey slows down

Rishtey has witnessed a decline in its viewership over the past days but sister channel, Colors has gathered pace, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

On Wednesday night, the biggest show on Rishtey was ‘Kasam’ with around 18,400 viewers at 20:30, followed by the repeat at 22:30 with 13,800 viewers. Earlier in the evening ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 registered 13,400 viewers. The ever dependable ‘Thapki’ dropped to just 7,200 viewers at 20:30. ‘Bandini’ at 22:00 pulled in 7,900 viewers.

While, Colors did not see any significant rise, ratings were consistent throughout the evening with ‘Krishndasi’ in lead with 9,800 viewers at 21:35, followed by ‘Ashoka’ at 22:20 with 7,500 viewers and ‘Shakti’ at 19:55 with 5,900 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ delivered 129,200 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Phulwa’ at 19:00 with 108,600 viewers and ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 18:00 with 105,700 viewers. ‘Dahleez’ was in fourth with 94,000 viewers at 22:00.

On &TV, ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 20:30 fetched 5,300 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum’ at 21:00 with 3,000 viewers and ‘Gangaa’ at 20:00 with 2,200 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Sawab’ at 21:30 pulled in 22,400 viewers, followed by ‘Deewana’ at 22:00 with 21,300 viewers and ‘Iftaar Package’ at 21:00 with 17,800 viewers. ‘Dil-e-Beqarar’ at 20:00 raked in 12,800 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Iftaar Transmission’ at 18:00 averaged with 10,100 viewers over the four hours of its special broadcast.
