Overnights: ‘Code Red’ starts off well on Colors

The new social series ‘Code Red’ presented by Sakshi Tanwar on Colors, launched with an above average rating in the UK last night.

The 60-minute hard-hitting episode, which aired at 22:00 pulled in 56,800 viewers – peaking at 105,300 viewers. It beat Star Plus in the same slot at 22:00, which could only average 38,800 viewers. However, ‘Code Red’ was fourth on Colors behind the top show on Colors last night, which was ‘Bigg Boss Halla Bol’ at 21:00 with 91,900 viewers. This was followed by ‘Shastri Sisters’ with 66,200 viewers and ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ in third with 57,000 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ topped ratings with 153,200 viewers, followed by ‘Saathiya’ with 129,900 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 115,400 viewers.

On Hum TV Europe, ‘Ek Pal’ took lead with 55,300 viewers at 20:00, while ‘Badi Aapa’ at 21:00 took second place with 48,500 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Meri Aashiqui’ led the channel’s ratings with 78,300 viewers, followed by ‘Laado’ at 21:00 with 78,100 viewers and ‘Parichay’ at 20:00 with 53,900 viewers.

On Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ jumped back to top with 43,200 viewers, followed by ‘Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Yeh’ with 20,300 viewers at 21:30 and ‘Mahakumbh’ at 20:00 with 26,100 viewers.

On Prime TV, ‘Kal Tak with Javed Choudhary’ at 21:00 was top with 9,700 viewers, followed by ‘Siyasi Theatre’ at 22:00 with 5,200 viewers.
