Overnights: ‘Bigg Boss’ & ‘CNWK’ peak over 200k on Sunday
The explosive combination of ‘Bigg Boss Halla Bol’ and ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ trounced competition on Sunday night, despite stiff opposition from Star Plus and Life Ok.
According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Bigg Boss Halla Bol’ at 21:00 registered 118,000 viewers – peaking at a huge 202,700 viewers, similarly, ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ at 22:00 pulled in 70,100 viewers – peaking to a record 200,200 viewers. Both shows had the biggest peaks of any show aired on UK Asian television last night.
On Star Plus, ‘Airlines’ topped ratings with 52,100 viewers, followed by ‘Private Investigator’ at 20:00 with 44,200 viewers and ‘Veera’ special episode with 10,300 viewers at 22:00.
On Life Ok, ‘Life Ok Screen Awards’ registered 63,500 viewers at 20:00, followed by the Red Carpet of the event at 19:00 with 41,400 viewers.
On Hum TV Europe, ‘Nikaah’ at 20:00 was top show with 35,400 viewers, followed by ‘Humsafar’ at 21:00 with 25,500 viewers.
On UMP Movies, ‘R Rajkumar’ was most watched movie with 37,000 viewers at 18:40, followed by ‘Mary Kom’ at 21:00 with 22,600 viewers.
On Zing, movie ‘Desi Boyz’ at 21:00 raked in 9,200 viewers.
On DM Global, Hollywood movie dubbed in Hindi ‘Terminator Salvation’ at 21:30 mustered in 1,500 viewers.
On Geo TV, ‘Choti’ at 19:30 could only bring around 1,000 viewers, however ‘Malika-E-Aliya’ at 20:00 was top show with 5,600 viewers.
On Venus TV, movie ‘Haqeeqat’ at 21:00 brought in 2,200 viewers, while the religious ‘Shri Guru Ravidas Ji’ special at 19:00 pulled in 1,000 viewers.
On Rishtey, ‘Ranjish Hi Sahi’ at 19:30 took lead with 19,700 viewers, followed by ‘Laado’ at 20:30 with 10,600 viewers and ‘MTV Webbed’ at 21:00 with 8,600 viewers.
