Overnights: ‘Bigg Boss 8’ tops Sunday UK ratings

The latest installment of popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss 8’ was no match for other shows on UK Asian television last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The show, which featured actress Rekha as special guest, pulled in 115,000 viewers – peaking at a huge 202,200 viewers. The channel’s other hit weekend show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ raked in 69,800 viewers at 22:20.

On Hum TV Europe, ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ was easily the most watched fiction at 21:00 with 92,000 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘India’s Raw Star’ got its biggest ever audience at 19:00, followed by ‘Satyamev Jayate’ at 11:00 with 44,600 viewers and ‘Mumkin Hai’ at 12:30 with 43,100 viewers. ‘Airlines’ at 21:00 pulled in 34,400 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ was top with 34,600 viewers, followed by ‘Dare 2 Dance’ at 20:30 with 6,800 viewers.
