Overnights: ‘Bigg Boss 8’ continues to dominate 21:00 in UK
Colors came close to overtaking Star Plus in the UK Asian TV ratings last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
The popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss 8’ has no doubt helped Colors in boost the profile of the channel with 94,600 viewers tuning in at 21:00. It peaked to 175,100 viewers. It beat ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ (57,000) and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (39,200 viewers) on Star Plus. Colors’ other shows ‘BeIntehaa’ attracted 56,100 viewers and ‘Shastri Sisters’ at 20:30 pulled in 51,500 viewers.
On Star Plus, the most watched show was ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ with 103,200 viewers, followed by ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ with 103,000 viewers.
On Rishtey, ‘Laado’ was top with 82,100 viewers, followed by ‘Meri Aashiqui’ with 73,800 viewers.
On Star Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ returned to top with 35,200 viewers, followed by ‘Laut Aao Trisha’ with 26,200 viewers at 21:00.
On Hum TV Europe, ‘Kankar’ stayed top with 62,600 viewers.
