Overnights: ‘Bigg Boss 8’ & ‘CNWK’ share top
Colors’ ‘Bigg Boss 8’ and ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ together were enough to beat Star Plus last night in the UK Asian TV ratings.
According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Bigg Boss 8’, which saw Diandra Soares evicted from the famous house, was watched by 113,400 viewers at 21:00. However, it was the popular show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ at 22:15, which was a continuation of Saturday’s ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, that topped ratings with 119,600 viewers – peaking at 158,000 viewers.
On Star Plus, new show ‘Private Investigator’ at 20:00 raked in 38,800 viewers, followed by ‘Airlines’ at 21:00 with just 14,900 viewers.
On Hum TV Europe, ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ topped ratings with 62,400 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Firaaq’ at 19:00 with 36,600 viewers and a further 50,900 viewers at 20:00.
On Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ stayed top with 18,700 viewers at 22:00.
On UMP Movies, premiere of ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ did below average with 10,600 viewers.
On Star Gold, the premiere of ‘Creature’ at 20:00 did well with 24,300 viewers.
