Overnights: ‘Bigg Boss 7’ tops Sunday night in UK

Popular reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss 7’ was easily the most watched show on UK Asian television, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The Colors show pulled in 87,200 viewers at 21:00 peaking at 126,500 viewers beating rivals on other channels. In second place was crime thriller ‘Arjun’ on Star Plus, which attracted 73,900 viewers at 20:00, while ‘Junior MasterChef’ at 21:00 got 53,900 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were Pakistani drama ‘Maat’ on Rishtey with 53,000 viewers, ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’, which unveiled its new set last night. It got 52,200 viewers at 22:05.

On Lamhe, the Amitabh Bachchan movie festival continued with 24,000 viewers at 19:30 last night for ‘Mard’. ‘Malgudi Days’ at 19:00 got 16,700 viewers. On Rishtey, ‘India’s Got Talent’ got 10,100 viewers.
