Overnights: ‘Bigg Boss 14’ audience halves on Sunday in UK

The second outing of ‘Bigg Boss 14’ on Sunday, was nearly half of its launch episode audience on Saturday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Despite the drop, ‘Bigg Boss 14’ was among the most watched shows on Sunday with an audience of 46,400 viewers at 21:30 (launch episode on Saturday attracted 87,800 viewers). The show’s audience usually stabilises after launch. The repeat of the show earlier at 17:00 also did well with 22,800 viewers and ‘Naagin 5’ at 20:00 fetched 13,700 viewers.

Sony TV was the No.1 Asian TV broadcaster on Sunday with a share of 0.15%, followed by Colors with 0.12%, Republic Bharat with 0.09%, Star Plus with 0.06%, Hum TV with 0.05%, ZEE TV with 0.04%, Geo News with 0.03%, Star Bharat, Geo TV, PTC Punjabi, Aaj Tak, Kanshi TV, Sony MAX and ZEE Cinema with 0.02%.

On Sony TV, ‘India’s Best Dancer’ was top show with 69,200 viewers at 20:00 – making it the No.1 show overall in UK ratings on Sunday. ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ also did well with 51,10 viewers at 21:30 and repeat of the show at 18:30 with 19,200 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Chhapaak’ film was watched by 22,700 viewers at 20:00, followed by movie ‘Stree’ at 22:30 with 16,200 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Sabaat’ was watched by 19,500 viewers, followed by ‘Tarap’ with 19,100 viewers at 22:00 and ‘Malaal’ at 21:00 with 13,700 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa – Lil Champs’ led with 23,100 viewers at 19:00.
