'Bani Ishq Da Kalma' tops Rishtey ratings

The recently launched new fiction ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ has emerged as the most watched show for the first time on Rishtey in last night’s ratings, exclusively obtained by BizAsia.

‘Bani’, which airs at 19:30 weekday evenings pulled in the biggest ever audience since it launched last month. It attracted 93,000 viewers – peaking at 107,900 viewers. ‘Na Aana Iss Desh Laado’ was in second with 58,500 viewers, followed by ‘Bairi Piya’ with 52,500 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘SaraswatiChandra’ was back on top of the UK ratings with 218,900 viewers at 19:30. It peaked further to 253,600 viewers. In second place was ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ with 202,600 and ‘Saathiya’ in third with 194,400 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ (173,400), ‘MasterChef India’ (164,100), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (146,000), ‘Veera’ (129,800) and ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ (106,000).

The Indian Premier League yesterday on ITV4 attracted 187,000 viewers – peaking at 416,200 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘2613’ at 23:30 was the most watched show on the channel with 24,900 viewers and ‘Savitri’ at 20:30 next with 22,300 viewers. New drama ‘Kaisa Yeh Ishq’ at 22:00 pulled in 12,100 viewers.

On Sony SAB TV, ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’ was the most watched show on the channel with 66,400 viewers, followed by ‘Chidiyaghar’ with 35,300 and ‘Jeanie Aur Juju’ next with 33,200 viewers.
