Overnights: ‘Bajirao Mastani’ brings in 100k viewers to Colors

The UK television premiere of last year’s blockbuster ‘Bajirao Mastani’ delivered over 100,000 viewers yesterday – making it the biggest attraction on UK Asian television.

The film, which stars Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, pulled in a huge 102,000 viewers – peaking at 153,100 viewers. It has proved to be one of the most successful premieres on Colors. ‘Naagin’ at 19:00 managed to pull in 30,200 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 pulled in a respectable 117,400 viewers, followed by ‘Silsila Pyaar Ka’ at 20:30 with 78,900 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 73,900 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 fetched 35,400 viewers, followed by ‘Thapki’ with 20,800 viewers and ‘Phulwa’ at 19:00 with 6,200 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Agent Raghav’ delivered 14,800 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Santoshi Maa Maha Episode’ at 20:00 with 6,800 viewers and ‘The Place To Eat’ at 19:30 with 4,900 viewers. Movies ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’ at 12:30 brought in 2,800 viewers and ‘Badlapur’ at 16:00 with 1,300 viewers.

On SAB TV, classic movie ‘Safar’ at 15:30 brought in 9,700 viewers, followed by ‘All Is Well’ at 18:00 with 7,600 viewers and ‘Tashan’ at 20:30 with 4,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Mata-e-Jaan Hai Tu’ at 21:00 attracted 64,200 viewers, followed by ‘Abro’ at 20:00 with 59,600 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Noor Jehan’ at 21:00 raked in 3,800 viewers, followed by ‘Sangdil’ at 20:00 with 3,600 viewers and ‘Wafa’ at 19:00 with 2,300 viewers.
