Overnights: ‘Baahubali 2’ propels Sony MAX on Tuesday in UK

Sony MAX dominated the movie genre in Tuesday’s UK ratings with an impressive share, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The channel’s repeat of blockbuster ‘Baahubali 2’ was watched by 21,200 viewers at 17:00. ‘Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya’ at 14:00 also did well for the channel with 14,200 viewers.

Sony MAX’s share was at 0.09% putting it ahead of its flagship service, Sony TV, which raked in a share of 0.07%. It also fend off competition from other entertainment giants like Colors, ZEE TV and Star Bharat.

Sony MAX was the most watched Bollywood channel on Tuesday. Rishtey Cineplex was next with a share of 0.04%, followed by B4U Movies with 0.03%. Star Gold and ZEE Cinema clocked a share of 0.02% each.
