Popular music channel, B4U Music overtook entertainment channels, Colors, ZEE TV and Hum TV to clinch the No.4 spot in overall UK ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
Star Plus’ share was at 0.10%, followed by Sony TV with 0.09%, Sony Entertainment Television with 0.08%, Geo TV and B4U Music with 0.06%. Hum TV and Colors registered 0.03% and ZEE TV with just 0.01%.
B4U Music was also the outright leader in the music genre on Friday, beating BritAsia TV (0.01%) and MTV Beats and Sony Mix with a zero share.
B4U Music’s top shows were ‘First Cut’ at midnight with 21,300 viewers, followed by ‘Boom Box’ at 23:00 with 16,600 viewers and ‘In The Mix’ at 22:00 with 16,000 viewers.
