Overnights: ARY Family overtakes Geo TV in UK on Monday

In the battle of the Pakistani TV channels during the all-crucial Ramadan period, ARY Family overtook Geo TV in UK ratings on Bank Holiday Monday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

While Hum TV led the Pakistani TV genre with a share of 0.06%, it was ARY Family that saw significant increase in its share with 0.04%, leaving Geo TV in third with 0.02%.

ARY Family has witnessed a surge in its UK ratings recently with ‘Jeeto Pakistan’ proving a huge success. Last night, the gameshow was watched by 23,000 viewers at 21:15. ‘Shan-e-Iftar’ earlier at 18:00 pulled in an average 6,700 viewers over the three-hour broadcast.

Meanwhile, Geo TV’s top show was ‘Seerat’ with 6,600 viewers tuning in at 21:00.
