Overnights: ‘Amrit Manthan’ stays top on Star Life Ok
Star Life Ok’s ‘Amrit Manthan’ remained the channel driver despite a slew of new shows launched recently.
The drama, which is aired weekday evenings at 20:30 and repeated the following day at 18:30 had the largest viewership yesterday (26th November), according to exclusive obtained by BizAsia from Attentional.
‘Amrit Manthan’ had an audience of 36,100 at 20:30 last night. The repeat slot at 18:30 also had an impressive 38,400 – more than the original slot. ‘Savdhaan India @11 – India Fights Back’ was the second most watched show on the channel.
Newly launched terrorism related thriller ’26/11′ started on a low note – with just 1,200 tuning in at 21:00 for the debut episode. However, the repeat at 23:30 fared better – garnering 14,000.
Mythological show ‘Devon Ke Dev Mahadev’ continued to perform well for the channel. Its 20:00 slot raked in an audience of 26,500.
‘Saubhagyavati Bhav?’, which is in revamp mode in terms of its storyline managed to impress 12,100 viewers in the 22:00 slot. It got a further 19,500 for its repeat telecast at 00:30.
